One good sized bedroom to rent with its own bathroom (including bath!) from late June, sharing with 1 flat mate (me!). Rent is £675pcm excluding bills. Bills come to around £150pcm. The letting agent will require references.

The flat is lovely and modern with a bright shared living space. It has its own balcony with views of the suspension bridge and Ashton Court. The bedroom is unfurnished but the shared space is pretty much kitted out!

The flat is located just off Greville Smyth park. It’s a good location - not far from North Street and the harbour, with Aldi and plenty of pubs, cafes and shops around 10 mins walk. It’s about a 30 mins walk to the city centre or a short bus ride with the bus stop right outside.

I’m Liv, 24, and I work full time for a women’s charity. I’ve lived here almost two years and have really loved it! I enjoy pub trips, gigs, harbourside walks and a nice Sunday roast on North Street. Equally, I like an evening in cooking tea and watching a good series. 🍷 Ideally, looking for a professional girl of a similar age and interests🤗
