Double room in Southville / Bedminster £295+bills

Double room is available from 1st July in a brilliant location in Southville / Bedminster, only few minutes walk to the lovely North Street and around 20-25 minutes walk to the centre.
Room is unfurnished small double, with some good storage space with a monthly rent of £295 + bills on top (around £130 monthly). 1 month deposit required and 6 months min contract.
We have spacious lounge and a separate kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of these with a shower and other with a bathtub. Garage is available to storage a bike and we have a lovely big garden! :) This is a chilled out household between 2 males and 1 female, ages from early 30’s to mid 40’s. Looking to find someone very clean and most of all easy going; sociable person who will also respect each other’s space as well. Good to share a cup of tea / occasional meal / film / trip to the pub / gig etc. This is fairly quiet place and not a party house. We have great private landlord (he doesn’t live in the property) so no agency fees. Sorry no pets, students or couples. References required. Female housemate preferred and looking to find someone who does not work from home.
