Cosy double bedroom close to Bristol Centre

A beautiful, cosy double room available in the heart of Bristol, near Clifton Downs. The room is undeniably spacious with a massive window looking over a beautiful garden with sun glazing all throughout the day. Thus, it is a pleasant space especially for people working from home. The room comes furnished and deep cleaned before I vacate the property. It's a steal given its rent and the location- 15 mins walk to UoB, 2 min walk to Clifton Downs Station, big Sainsbury's nearby and ample convenience shops around. It is also very close to Durdham Downs so great for someone who fancies peaceful walks. Easy access to 1,2,3,4 buses and a 10 minute ride to centre.

Sadly, I am to leave for my country in a few days and I want to hand it over to someone respectful and clean. We are very keen on cleanliness and hygiene. At the same time we are group of fun people, respecting each others' schedules. We are all working full-time and ideally, this room shall suit a professional.

The rent is 750 PCM. The deposit remains 650 but contract is to be renewed and there maybe some difference. The bills hardly come around 50-70 quids a month so no much stress. I have paid rent till 17th July so would require a week's rent.

The room comes furnished with excess storage outside the room as well as the kitchen. There is also car parking available. To conclude, it is a quiet place, a homely environment, and a respectful household.

There is another room in the house for 700PCM. Smaller in size but spacious.

I work full-time which leaves me with the window to conduct viewings in the mornings or during the weekends.
