We are looking for a male tenant to share our home. Husband and wife, we are both super laid back, only house rule is to communicate. Craig works in construction, he likes watching any sport on the box, plays vets football and does the odd triathlon. I work part time in the local community, volunteer & enjoy growing veggies.
We rent two rooms, one currently occupied by a friend who is never here! The second is being vacated 1 July by a girl who has been with us for 2 years, 27yr old from Mexico.

We are both 41 and lived at the property for 17 years. We are looking for a relaxed working professional that will be a good fit for our sociable home. We enjoy cooking and happy to share meals with you. We have had lodgers for many years, some keep to themselves and others end up being family. So whatever your preferences we look forward to meeting you.

We have a large sunny garden, extensive city views and off street parking. Though we don’t like a dirty house it’s not a priority: travel, volunteering and socialising definitely come first. We employ a cleaner.

Excellent local amenities 2 min walk in each direction. Pubs, restaurants & independent retailers 10min walk. It is a 40min walk to the city center, buses run regularly from the end of the street to the city center (15 min) and beyond.
Woodland walks to the rear of the property and a number of large parks close by.

Double bedroom in a modern renovated home. Can come unfurnished / furnished with curtains, carpet, under bed storage, set of drawers, wardrobe & small TV (Sky service add. £11.50/month). You would need to provide your own mattress.

The ground floor comprises shared use of a large kitchen, all utensils & mod cons; washing machine, tumble dryer, W/C, microwave & dishwasher, lounge with full Sky TV service and dining area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom (shower & bath). The garden is part lawn, part patio with loads of space to relax or join me caring for plants and veggies.

£500/month all bills included, one month’s deposit required. No agency/admin fees. Rolling tenancy agreement. References required. Pets negotiable. High speed broadband.
