Double-room available in Horfield, Bristol.

I'm moving out of my current tenancy and looking for someone to replace me.

The room is a double bedroom located in Horfield, right next to Southmead Hospital. The property is a lovely terraced house with ample parking in front and a dedicated space out back.

The room is available unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. The bedroom can accommodate a double bed or larger with space for a wardrobe and a small desk. There is a shared living room and kitchen, downstairs W. C., large bathroom upstairs and a small paved garden at the rear leading to a communal lawn. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, fridge-freezer and washer/dryer.

There is a gym and pool in Horfield Leisure Centre right around the corner, there are a few pubs within a 10 minute walk and there is a Lidl, a large Tesco and a Co-op close by.

Bus services to city centre are regular (every 5-10 mins) and the journey times is only 15-20 mins.

Bills:
Average £150 per month per person- this includes energy, water, council tax (band B) and Wi-Fi.

Personal Profile of Existing Flatmate:
I am a 26 year-old software developer working in IT. I like to gym, game and read in my spare time. It's usually pretty quiet during the week but I'm always up for a dinner party, pub quiz or game night at the weekend. I also currently work from home which comes in handy if you have an amazon delivery ;)

I’m looking for someone who’s easy-going, tidy and ideally vegetarian/ vegan (but not a deal-breaker). It would be nice to cook together once in a while :)
