The rent is inclusive of all bills (except a cleaning fee of £25pm which covers a share of a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks to clean bathroom / living room / kitchen / hallway / stairs)

I'm pretty easy going, enjoy socialising, sports, drinks etc.

The house has recently been renovated and has a large bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower. Modern kitchen and dining room. There is a nice south facing garden and the house has SKY TV, Wi-Fi etc.

There is a wide range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs all within a few mins walk. There is also a gym nearby and the house has excellent transport links with the cycle path and bus stops nearby. On street free parking directly outside the house.
