Hi, me and 3 other housemates are looking for someone to fill a 5th room in our 5 bed house in Fishponds. The tenancy starts from the 17th July and rent is £650pcm excluding bills.
The house has 2 bathrooms, plenty of outdoor space, is opposite a nice local pub and has great transport to both UWE and city centre.
