URGENT - Couple or individual wanted! - Eastville

We have 1 unfurnished double room available in our lovely big house on Fishponds Road. Some of our housemates are moving on to buy a house together, which is very exciting but does mean we need to find people to take their rooms! We’re looking for either a couple or an 1 individual to move in at the end of June(ish). Move-in dates are flexible! For a couple the room is £900, for a single person there are two choices of room, a bigger one for £735 or a smaller one (with a corridor wardrobe) for £655. All these prices include bills. We can only accept professionals who are earning more than £17,250 a year at the moment (our landlord has already rejected people who aren't working enough, it really sucks, we're sorry!) The couple would only have 1 person on the contract, but we've never had an issue with there being an extra person in that room.

HOUSE:
We have a super spacious kitchen/dining area, a large garden with a covered patio area,
a comfy living room, two bathrooms, and a utility room. The house is a great place to
chill out, socialise, or get creative. Both rooms are a good size, one slightly larger but the other has lots of built-in storage.

LOCATION:
The house is on Fishponds Road in Eastville, very close to Eastville Park with bus stops right outside the house

US:
You'd be living with Lucy (she/her), Ramona (they/them) and Cade (they/them). Lucy’s into sewing, knitting and all textile-based arty things. She also loves cooking and reading fantasy books! Ramona likes cooking, films, anime and music and is practicing to be a tattoo artist. Cade is a recovering former tech-worker, loves being outdoors, making strange playlists, watching niche absurdist comedy, and hyper-fixating on new creative hobbies and projects. We’re in our late 20s, and want to keep the house the chill, open-minded, LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly place it has always been.
