We're looking for a short term tenant to stay with us until the end of August. You would be staying in the largest room in the house which is the attic room. No deposit required and you would be paying the same rent as the two of us which is 566 per month (excluding bills), although as we are offering it for less than two months we would calculate it accordingly. The house is situation in a nice part of easton opposite the greenbank cemetery and close to a large park (eastville park). Lots of pubs close by.
