2 Rooms Available in City Centre House

Hi!

My friend Alfred and I have just secured this lovely refurbished house right on the border of Easton - just a 10 minute walk from Cabot Circus! Its a 5 bed house with a communal kitchen/lounge area and a garden/patio.

We have 2 rooms available - a double room on the ground floor (£775 including council tax) and a single room upstairs (£595 including council tax). The landlord would like these rooms filled by the middle of July, so we're looking to have viewings ASAP!

I am 24 and currently work at Bristol university as an event manager. I am quite into running/gym, cooking, films, music and always down for a pub trip!

Alfred is also 24 and currently works in Weston as a videographer, along with doing stand-up in his spare time! We're both quite sociable and are hoping for a wholesome communal house, but also respect people's downtime.
