Quiet bedroom in Clifton maisonette

Living room

The room is a basement bedroom so very quiet and restful. Currently furnished with a single trundle bed (i. e. pullout underneath). This could be swapped for a double if preferred. There’s a chest of drawers and space for a desk and some hanging space. There’s shared storage elsewhere in the flat for other belongings, e. g. bikes and outdoor equipment. Not loads though, so a lodger may want to have storage elsewhere as well. The flat is a maisonette with loads of living space - a kitchen, and separate dining and living rooms. There’s a woodburner in the dining room for winter evenings, and a walled garden which is lovely on summer days. I live with my dog, Angus, and am happy to consider someone with a dog of their own as long as the two of them get along. Unfortunately Angus would probably leave me if a cat moved in, so I can only consider dogs.
My preference is for female professionals with some shared interests, so please highlight if that’s you! And being a dog lover is essential as Angus loves most people whether they like him or not.
