2 Large Rooms in Clifton East-Whiteladies 1st Aug

We're looking for 2 additional flatmates to move into our terrace house in Clifton East.

The house is a 4-bed terrace with 2 toilets and 2 showers, an under stairs storage cupboard, pantry, rear courtyard and a comfortable living room. There is street parking all around the area but no driveway.

We couldn't be in a better spot just off from Whiteladies, there's Clifton Down shopping centre 2 mins away and the Downs train station next door to that. There are 2 gyms at the same distance with 1 you can even see from the end of our road and a number of great pubs/food in walking distance- it also only takes about 20 mins to walk to the centre and there is great connections with a number of bus routes/frequent trains.

Room 1- This is the larger room at the front of the house and is found on the second floor. Measuring about 4.5m x 4.5m with plenty of room to spare. There is also a small walk in cupboard with a hanging rail inside it. (For reference the photo is of my room out of respect for my flatmate, but the layout is the same).

Room 2- This is the smaller of the two, found on the 2nd floor at the rear of the house but is a good size and comfortably can fit a desk and a double bed in it.

You'd be moving in with myself and a girl that I work with. We have until the 2nd July to re-sign the contract with 2 new people as 2 of my other friends have pulled out last minute. I appreciate this is late notice but that's the reason for it- I'm happy to accommodate viewings either on weekdays or weekends. Thanks!
