Lovely flat in Clifton

Hello! We’re two friends, Ben and Izzy, looking to let one room in a well kept Clifton flat. There’s a beautiful large kitchen (dishwasher included!) and spacious living room. Hopefully the pictures will do it justice.

The available room fits a double bed and a desk and is available from the 1st of July.

Rent: £700
Council tax: £60
Bills: £50 (average depending on weather)

A bit about us:
Ben graduated from the University of Bristol last year and decided to stay in Bristol. He’s currently full time employed as an environmental consultant and is in the office Monday-Friday, 9-5. He loves going out to gigs and exploring Bristol’s live music scene and is happy for you to come along!

Izzy also decided to stay in Bristol after uni and works full time at a charity shop. She loves animals, crafts (including knitting and jewellery making), foraging and plants. Always happy to frolic!

We both absolutely love being out in nature whether that’s going on walks, hiking, wild swimming or backpacking. We’d love to do this as a house too!

In terms of home life, we’re very tidy, sociable and happy for an after work frisbee toss or pint any day. We’re not super uptight about tidiness - all we ask is we try and keep communal spaces clean but we understand that we might be a bit busy to keep it clean all the time!
