Location: The house is located in Clifton Village, with a view of the downstairs garden as shown in Picture 1. It's a clean and quiet area with friendly and communicative neighbors, situated in a safe and affluent district.

t's less than a 15-minute walk to the school (I can get to the college in 7 minutes on a good day!). The SU is just a 3-minute walk away.

The house is a 2B1B with a large bathroom. The living room and kitchen are on opposite sides of the house, providing ample natural light, as illustrated in the photos.

The lease starts in mid-September. Managed by an agency, issues are handled promptly and efficiently.

About Me

I am a female PhD tenant who keeps the common areas clean and tidy. You can judge my cleaning standards during the house viewing. I am communicative and always willing to discuss any requirements or issues with my housemates (though I might talk a bit too much at times...).

I enjoy cooking and would love to share homemade food like steamed buns and leek pies with my housemates. Occasionally, I might have friends over (about once every six months) and will always notify my housemates at least three days in advance.

Ideal Housemate

I am looking for a female housemate, preferably a PhD student, who can maintain cleanliness in the common areas (having clear standards would be great; the cleaner, the better!). It’s important to keep the house quiet at night. You can have friends over, but not too frequently. Please give advance notice if you plan to bring friends over. Good communication is key.
