Lovely ground floor flat

A room in a flat for a short term let. It is clean, furnished and well located. No couples. I would prefer a professional female but whoever it is must not have meat or fish in the flat. (Dairy's accepted.) May be able to extend period if suits both. Includes bills, but a contribution may be necessary if usage is high (bills are on meters). I am often working away so you would have the place to yourself 3/4 of the time - but when I am here I sometimes work from home. 3 mins walk to bus stops into town or out to Bath, about the same distance to a riverside walk either to the back of Temple Meads/city centre or to Showcase cinema/Sainsburys etc. Tesco and Wells Road shops are 5 mins walk, Temple Meads station 20 mins walk on Bath road (one stop on the bus). Some changes have been made since the photos were taken, but they give the general idea. Please send me a message if you're a plant-based person who is looking for a place to stay for a few months.
