Hi! I have a room available in my 2 bed top floor flat in Kingsdown/Cotham, within walking distance of both Stokes Croft and Whiteladies road. I will be moving out at the end of June, however I will have 1 month left on the tenancy, so I am looking to sublet the room for July.

Rent will be £500 pcm excluding bills (paid in advance), with £180 bills/council tax, so £680 in total. Move in date would be on/around 30th June, with a move out date of 31st July (or earlier, if preferred).

The flat is fully furnished with a modern kitchen, and a spacious living room with amazing views over Bristol. The flat is just a short walk from cabot circus, and is within walking distance of most central areas.

You'll be sharing with Barney, my (ex) flatmate who works at an outdoor shop on Whiteladies road, and likes to spend his free time cycling, climbing, watching films and sampling the local pubs.
