Double Room Close to Temple Meads

We are looking for a female housemate to join us in our 3 bedroom house in BS2. A short 20 minutes walk from the city centre, 5-10 minutes away from Temple Meads, and 20 minutes away from Cabot Circus. The neighbourhood has some lovely coffee shops and a small local Sainsburys. The bedrooms, two double and one single, are all located on the second floor. Downstairs we have an entry room, a kitchen, a good sized living room and a bathroom. Rent is £425pcm + bills are usually £120 (including council tax) but of course fluctuate depending on the season. Council Tax Band: A
The move in date is between 10th July to 3rd August and the minimum tenancy is 6 months. The room comes furnished with a double bed, shelves, and clothing rack. If you are without furniture, the landlord is happy to provide some for this room at no extra cost.

The landlord allows redecoration including painting walls and adding screws, fixtures and shelves! We plan on redecorating to the make the house our own. You also have freedom to paint and add shelves to your room as you wish.

About you: The ideal housemate is a female working professional or student and available for in-person viewings. If you are a student please keep in mind we all pay council tax. Working from home is fine. The landlord does not allow pets or smoking.

About us: Jannel 23, currently taking a break from work to self-study computer science and make a career switch! Cleaning: we have a weekly rota for cleaning the communal areas and taking care of the bins & recycling but we are not too strict about this. As long as the house is tidy and we all clean up after ourselves we'll be happy! :)
