Room w/ Bathroom Available from 13th Aug

My flatmate is sadly moving to London so I am looking for someone to join this lovely 2b2b flat in central Bristol, near Temple Meads station (my record is 7mins from room to train💪🏻).

Your room will be a furnished small double with its own bathroom as I have an en-suite. Water is included and other bills(electricity+council tax+WiFi) cost roughly￡180/month per person, so around￡930 in total. Please note the contract will likely to be 12 months starting from mid-August.

Kitchen:
Oven✓ washing machine✓ electric hob✓ Microwave(not yet)
I have a set of decent coffee grinder&espresso machine and a rice cooker so happy to share too✨

About me: I'm a friendly and quiet auditor who works hybridly, sometimes WFH for longer periods if the team is based outside Bristol. I will be mostly in my room chilling but am also down for a fun night together: D
