Queer vegetarian planty household

Hello I have two rooms available in a queer, vegetarian house with 2 other housemates in Bedminster Down. One is £450 inc bills available from now, the other is a large double room available in August and September, and 17 June-6 July at £650 inc bills.

About me: I’m El- queer, nb, vegetarian 🌿 I own the house but will be going away for most of the summer.
Love all things nature, foraging, music, drag etc. I live with Vince, an artist and drag performer who works out of the house 4 days a week.

I’m looking for a new housemate who is considerate, must be vegetarian/vegan and inclusive of LGBTQIA people, neurodivergence and disability. And good communication is a must.

The room is initially available on a short term basis until the end of September. But if things work out it could be longer. However, the house is in the process of being sold but I’m not expecting to complete before Oct/Nov and viewings are very unlikely.

The contract will be rolling monthly with a deposit of 1 month’s rent. DSS accepted.

Access info: Bedroom is on the first floor- so is the bathroom. There are steps up to the front door as well as a sloped driveway.

- Open plan kitchen diner with dishwasher and doors to garden.
- Big garden with patio entertaining space and fire bowl. Plenty of opportunities to garden and plant your own veg etc.
- shower and bath.
- Very quiet residential area, hardly any road noise. Lots of parking space and room for bikes in the back garden.
- Gorgeous Manor woods is 1 min away.
- Bus stop 3 mins away, takes 20 mins to get to the centre. Parson St station is 15 mins walk. Would also suit someone who cycles or voi’s (?)
- North St (lots of great cafes, bars, shops, Tobacco Factory theatre etc) is 10 mins by bike.
£650 room is furnished with a king sized bed and excellent mattress.
£450 room has a single trundle bed that pulls out to become a super king and a cupboard/chest for clothes.
