Looking for a new pal 🙋🏽‍♀️

I have a lovely double room (bills incl) available in old market when suits as my current flatmate is very flexible.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished (the bed that will go in there does have a frame, this is the current housemates bed)

I’m gutted my flatmate is moving out, but excited to meet someone new for the flat!
Looking for a friend as well as someone to live in the flat. Would love to have dinner and wine together occasionally but also live our own lives (no one wants their flatmate to be in all the time right? - a bit of space is key)

I’m 31 and work in hospitality - not super late night though as it’s a pub. I tend to work more 9-6 office hours most of the week. I am quite in to CrossFit though im not very good at it! I’m a big wine fan, and am studying to become a sommelier. So if you want good wine recommendations - I’m your girl! Love cooking but generally tend to be a little too busy to do it too often. Love a trashy Netflix binge, so if you’re in to that, we can get lots of chocolate and wine in and spend evenings doing that.

Im also looking to get a puppy in September so you have to be dog friendly.

Looking for someone quite tidy, as it’s my first place so want to keep it looked after, and I’m not a huge clutter person, but also want it to feel like it’s your house so please bring all your stuff and pop it round. If it’s truly hideous though I will may you to keep it in your room! 😅
