Double Room in Beautiful 2 Bed House St George BS5

Hi, I'm looking for a house mate for a short term (1-3 months) let until October when. I'll hopefully be moving into a new place.

The house is a beautiful, spacious 2 bed with modern kitchen, bathroom and amenities. It also has a large garden with areas for eating and cooking in the summer. The room itself is large and has plenty of space for a desk. A mattress is included, but the room is offered unfurnished, though furniture can be procured if required.

We're located on Orchard Road, a short walk away from both St George's Park and Trooper's Hill. The house is set just off Church Road with Orchard Cafe/Bakery being particularly close, as well as all other shops, pubs and cafes further down towards town. Parking is free in this area, with plenty of space at most hours. There is also a secure bike locker in the front garden.

I'm a 33 year old project manager, originally from Cumbria. I work from home 3-4 days a week and travel a fair bit through the week and at weekends. Also in the house is my labrador, Brie, who is also an integral part of the house. I'm quite active and enjoy running, cycling and the odd bit of climbing as well as cooking and watching films.

All bills are included in the rental value, with high speed internet and Netflix/streaming also added in. The rental period will run from the 20th of March, though there is flexibility on moving in earlier. We are looking to find someone for the room by the end of this week (22nd of Feb) as I'll be away from then until mid March. Please get in touch for details.
