Furnished double room available in Lawrence Hill sharing a house with one male age 33 who works as a professional musician and music teacher.

The room comes furnished with a kingsize double bed with high quality double mattress, mattress protector and sheet, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, shelf, mirror, chair and bin. The room has thick double glazed windows and a radiator that heats the room up really well in the winter, and the house backs out onto a carpark which is quiet and empty most of the time. There is free parking directly outside the house, a sheltered bike lock in the garden and wifi/all bills (including Council Tax) are included in the fixed monthly rent.

There is one shared bathroom in the house that contains a bath/shower, sink and toilet. Downstairs there is a living room with sofa/tv and open-plan dining room connected to the kitchen where you will have your own cupboards to store food and space in the fridge/freezer.

Relaxed and laid back atmosphere in the house while keeping the place clean and tidy. Hoping to find someone with an open mind and an appreciation for music and film but not essential.

A reference or two must be given prior to moving in, along with the security deposit and first month's rent. I will also consider having a mon-fri lodger in for £575 all-in.

Move-in date is now set for beginning of July and I will be arranging viewings this week and early next week.
