Double bedroom in a lovely Bedminster House Share

Thanks for checking out our ad :) - We are looking for a new LGBT-friendly housemate to join our home. Looking for someone to move in on Friday 26th July, but we are flexible.

The house is a 3 bed, mid terrace, situated just off of West Street & a 5 minute walk from North Street. We have 1 downstairs bathroom, a lounge, office/dining room and kitchen which are all shared. We also have a small back garden and free on street parking.

Bills are not included in the rent and come to roughly £150 each a month. The rent will increase by 4% (about £20 each).

We are a clean and tidy, house-proud household and our home is a quiet sanctuary for us. We are looking for someone who is very much on a similar wavelength and who will chip in and do their bit. We tend to keep the home as a chilled space to unwind after a long day/week.

We are both independent, appreciate our own space, respectful of noise and privacy. We are looking for someone who also appreciates this way of living within their home. We are happy to live with someone who has a partner and would ask that a partner stay a maximum of 2/3 nights per week as it's a small house and we do love our space.

Wes works from 'the office' Mon-Fri & Christy tends to work from home 4 days a week. We are ideally looking for someone who doesn't work from home full time but this isn’t an absolute. We would ask that you contribute more towards energy bills (in Winter) if this is the case.

A bit about us:

I'm Christy, I've just turned 33 and work for a humanitarian organisation. I've been climbing rocks for over 10 years and love to get outdoors in any manner on my weekends.

Wes has recently turned 40 and works as a Care Co-ordinator at a GP surgery. Wes loves walking copious amounts of miles and can be found regularly in charity shops finding a bargain. He loves skincare, make-up, fashion and is also a fan of the local coffee shops. He’s a fan of art and anything vintage.

This is not a party house. But we love a natter whilst cooking or over a cuppa and we’re keen to have our new housemate join us for the odd dinner together, a few wines, film nights etc.
