Cosy double room in modern new build

A reasonably sized and well presented double room with built in wardrobe space and views across the garden. Positioned at the back of the house, the room is quiet and enjoys south facing sun throughout most of the day.

A large chest of drawers sit at the bottom of the bed, also complimented by a bedside table with drawers, a mirror and a lamp.

Just across the landing, the bathroom boasts a mirrored cabinet, a frosted window, blinds and shower/bath complete with bath caddy for those all important Sunday night soaks!

All bills included and you’ll be sharing a 3 bed semi detached new build with myself, a young professional female and my Cavapoo, Alfie and whilst he’s still a young dog he’s very well behaved, calm and playful. A real little character!

And because you will be sharing the main bathroom with my current female lodger, we’d prefer our new lodger to also be female. Ps. I have my own en suite so don’t use the main bathroom.

I work from the office a couple of days a week, with both me and the dog out the house all day. At the weekends we’re out on long walks, and I spend my time in the gym and catching up with friends, going out for dinner and drinks. Through the week I’m mostly working and then in the gym so plenty of time to cook and enjoy your own space.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with the latest technology including Sonos speakers and Phillips Hue Smart lights, and why not enjoy an evening in the hot tub or sharing a drink with a friend on the outdoor sofa or by the fire pit?

There’s plenty of on street parking, with only a short hop round to the front of the house. Wokingham train station is only a 20 minute walk away and we’re spoilt for choice in terms of parks and outdoor spaces on the doorstep!

I’d consider myself quite a laid back guy and have lived in a few spare room homes over the years, so very familiar with the platform and sharing space. I am naturally quite a clean & tidy person though so sharing with someone who has the same values is quite important to me.
