Lovely double en suite room

Looking for a house mate (preferably female). Current housemate is moving out at the start of August and looking for someone to sign on for another year contract with my landlord.

Lovely en-suite double bedroom in a grade 2 listed building just a 20 minute walk from the centre of Windsor with free parking. Less than 5 minutes to the M4. Good rail links from Windsor and Slough station is nearby with the Elizabeth line. There is also a shuttle service to Heathrow that stops at the bottom of the road.

Room has fitted wardrobes but other than that, can be furnished or unfurnished.

You will be sharing the flat with myself; my name is Laura and I’m looking for someone who is friendly, sociable but also considerate. Someone who would want to chill in the evenings and occasionally hang out on the weekends.

A little bit about me:
I work in film and tv so when I’m on a job I usually work long hours and don’t get back til later in the evening. In my free time I like going for walks, doing yoga, reading, baking, going for brunch or cute days out…generally wholesome activities.

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy so looking for someone that will match that.

Price advertised includes rent and half of the council tax but other bills such as gas/electric will be extra as and when they are charged with the idea to split all bills equally.

No smokers or pets please.
