The apartment has an office and a desk is provided for home working.

There is a large quiet private garden with furniture for enjoying sunny days/evenings and a rotary line for washing (the kitchen has a tumble drier).

There is a large garage for safely storing items and bikes.

Parking is free on-street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The apartment is located just of the Sunninghill high street with a Tesco Express, Pharmacy, doctors surgery, a couple coffee shops and excellent restaurants. Within 10 minutes’ walk there are several good pubs.

Windsor Great Park/ Savill Gardens is located less than 2 miles away. Bracknell town is 10 minutes by car, Windsor town 15 minutes by car and Reading City is approximately 20 minutes by car.

The apartment is near Junction 6 of the M4, junction 3 of the M3 and junction 11/13 of the M25. Heathrow is approximately a 20-minute drive away and Gatwick 45 minutes away. Ascot train station located 1 mile away connecting directly to London and Reading (gateway railway station to the rest of the country).

All bills are included - broadband, gas, electric, council tax, and water. Minimum tenancy terms of 6 months and I would be more than happy to consider a Monday to Friday let.
