Close to Campus - Room to Rent in Student House

Comfortable and convenient, a single room in a shared student house that is situated close to the student area and is within walking distance of Whiteknights campus.

This room is already furnished with the essentials, however there is plenty of opportunity to make it your own and decorate it if you plead to do so. The rest of the house has a both a furnished living room and an equipped kitchen as well as a spacious bathroom. It is situated within the student area with many bars, shops and eateries in close proximity and all within walking distance.

The three of us that take up the other rooms are all entering the second year of our courses at the university and have a variety of different interests. We are up for a laugh and balance our time between studying and enjoying various other things whether it be football, music, nights out or even attending stand up shows. We are very welcoming and enjoy meeting new people and I think that this makes this room the perfect place to stay for someone who is looking for a balanced student life with plenty of time for having fun as well as studying.
