Bright top floor room & private bathroom

My house is has a shared living room and separate dining room / board games room. Large kitchen opening onto a patio and the garden. I live here alone at the moment, I plan to rent at least 1 other room in the near future. It is possible I might rent out a 3rd but that will most likely be if I am going to be away from the house for several months at a time.

The room and bathroom are basically the whole top floor of the house so you will have your own staircase and landing too. The bathroom has a very large bath with overhead shower with digital thermostat mixer.

The bedroom has huge windows with motorised programmable black out blinds looking out across reading to the east. You can program them to use like an alarm clock :)

I am looking for someone to share my house with, I am a keen climber and often go on trips to climb around the UK and beyond. I climb mostly at the climbing hanger which is a 5 min bike ride away. I have a large collection of board games which I don't get to play as often as I would like.

I live opposite the park with ample parking most of the time, I also have a drive way around the back if needed.

Prospect park is a short distance away and is good for running around or slack lining.

All bills included and I have fast broadband. upgrading to 900mb pretty soon. I also plan to have a cleaner in to clean communal areas if you would like your room and bathroom cleaned then this would be extra, but not sure how much until I arrange a cleaner.
