STUDIO 5:
The studio is one of the largest in the house. It is located on the first floor it faces the front of the house. The room has plenty of light in the day and is a cosy bedroom when the bespoke black out blind is drawn. There is a large, upholstered midnight navy double bed. The room will come with the bed and mattress however bedding is not provided. The rooms are dressed for illustrative purposes only. The 32” Smart Tv is located directly in front of the bed within the kitchen perfect for bedtime viewing.

WORKSTATION AREA:
There is an industrial style desk with caged workstation lamp. This is next to the bed so can also be used as a bedside table. The desk is a great size and comes with a wooden comfortable chair.

STORAGE:
The room has SOOO much storage with built in double wardrobe with sliding mirror doors. One side has two rails and the other has handmade compartments perfect for folded clothes.
WOW, the en-suite must be the best part. This floor to ceiling marble tiled bathroom is one of a kind. There is a built-in mirror with glass grey vanity unit, perfect for storage. The shower has sliding doors with great pressure rainfall shower head and detachable hose.

STUDIO KITCHEN:
The studio has its own kitchenette opposite the bed area which is a stunning teal colour. There is built in microwave, toaster, kettle, mini fridge/freezer and washing machine/dryer and full oven with hob.

This studio is entirely self-contained and there is nothing it doesn’t have. Despite this you still have full use of the communal areas and garden. This includes all communal appliances and fridge freezer.

The Property:
This house has 6 rooms, Room 1, Room 3, Room 5 & Room 6 are all studios with their own kitchenettes. Room 6,3 & 5 all have their own oven so are completely self-contained. These kitchenettes include built in microwave, mini fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cupboards and storage sink and washer-dryer.

Communal Areas:

The communal; area has a back door leading out to the paved path and then into the garden.

There is a large utility cupboard built in the back wall of the communal which has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. All tenants have full use of these however rooms 2 & 4 are the only rooms without their own.

The communal then links onto the shared kitchen. This has HUUUGE amounts of storage. There is a lush teal wrap around kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would need. We have 2 Ovens, 2 Hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink. The kitchen back wall has tall larder units where we have one side full height fridge, one side full height freezer. There is so much space.

We have provided some crockery, plates, bowls, cups to begin with but we always recommend to get your own.

The garden is a great size, it has a large patio with high end grey slabs which run all the way down to the driveway. There is a a geat ASTRO- TURF AREA, making the garden useable and tidy all year round. We have added a special touch by having hanging lights through the garden perfect for those summer evenings. There is also an outdoor socket.
