Hi, I'm looking forward female flat mate who can easy going and also have a responsibility for cleaning together and being professional.
The flat is next to the maidenhead station (by a walk 2~3 minutes) and shared kitchen, living room and bath room.
The room is double room size but the bed is single bed.
In photos, there is sofa but I can remove it. And of course, the boxes and other extra will going to my private storage. (Use the storage together is extra £8 more the month.)
The price is just for now, my landlord could be price up this late of year so it might go up, so extra £25 more from next year January ( it'll be £675 exclusive the bills). And this rent price is bills excluded price. (This flat Monthly need to pay £1300. And will price up from next year January will be £1350.)
