This is a double room, fully furnished and all bills included. A flat/screen tv with Netflix available is installed in the room as well. Large Bathroom with tub is shared with other double room tenant. The room will be available end of July. The area itself is on the end of kempston very close to Wootton. We live on a private road/ bus gate which has frequent buses to Bedford, central Milton Keynes, Stewartby and Ampthill. There is lots of on road parking available. A 5 mins walk to Lidl. There is a beautiful lake/woods nearby for daily walks. A 10 mins walk away from Asda warehouse and business park leidos and movianto. Just off the A421 with close links to Milton Keynes, Cambridge and northhampton. are looking for a professional female or student. We work full time, I work from home 2x a week. We have a friendly cat who is sociable so tenant must be good with cats. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer. Communal areas include a lounge/diner however, we do not allow the consumption of pork or alcohol in the property.
