This is a large ground floor flat. There are 3 bedrooms but one of them is currently being used as a gym. The rent is £790 so £345 each which is an incredible deal for the location and size of flat. We have a private back garden and front door access. I am a fireman so I work shifts but do spend a good amount of time in the flat when I’m not working. I’m looking for a flatmate that I will get along with but other than that I’m not picky. Previous tenants have had pets so that’s not an issue either.
