Lovely Double room in Milltimber Christian house

I am a live in female Christian landlord, I work full time. My ideal preference would be a non-smoker, and someone who doesn't have pets.

I am looking for someone to join me in a house share as a lodger. This is a lovely double room to rent in the peaceful greenery of Milltimber. The room is lovely and bright, and very quiet

The view from the bedroom window is amazing and there is a lovely garden to the rear of the property as well. If you love natural serene environments then this is an ideal place. There are a lot of walking paths and you can cycle around as well.

I have an extra parking space in case you require one for your car. The house is 5mins drive to the AWPR/Motorway and you can drive to the Aberdeen airport in 15mins

I am ok to accommodate people who require only Monday to Friday lets.

Bus 19 goes straight to University of Aberdeen it takes approximately 30mins and Bus 201 and 202 go into Aberdeen city centre that is approximately 20mins. My house is about 7mins walk to the bus station.

You will be able to use the broadband for free, please note utilities costs are separate

It’s a good sized double room with a double bed, and wardrobe. There's a well-equipped kitchen, relaxing sitting room with a dining table and a little balcony, airy bathroom with bath and shower and a small downstairs toilet. Minimum 6 weeks.
