Looking for double room in a calm place

Hi!

I'm a 34 year old looking for a double room from September onwards (but open to moving earlier for the right place). Currently living Putney and love it here. Ideally looking to stay sw/w London but open to other areas.

Work wise, I'm a surveyor and work in central London. Am usually in the office 5 days a week.

I'm into travelling (Madeira is next on the list!), going for a glass of wine and dinner with friends. After work, I enjoy a good workout and love to cycle and swim at weekends.

I am easy going, considerate and clean. Ideally, I would love to share likeminded people.

I am happy to share with males or females or a mix of both, preferably between the ages of 25 and 45. Am looking for a chilled place rather than a party flat.

My maximum rent budget would be around £1500 per month.
