Looking for a room in a friendly flat

My name is Alice and I am a 36 year old professional. I will be starting a new job at the audit firm, Sayer Vincent, in August and would like somewhere near the office to stay during the week. My plan would be to arrive around 8pm on Sunday night and stay until Friday, then go home to Petts Wood, where I live, on Friday evening after work. I would be in the office or on site with clients every day, so would not be in the flat from 9am to 5/6pm. In the evenings, I would be quietly studying for exams. My time during the week will be very much filled with either work or study, so no time for visitors.

I am a tidy person who cleans up after myself and likes a clean environment but I would also be happy to pay a small sum for a cleaner in addition to that. I do not smoke and it would only be me using the room (my husband lives at our home. I might meet him once a week for dinner at Wagamama's, but he would not come back to the flat).

I am looking to share a flat with one professional female.

Outside work I like cooking, reading, gardening, yoga, dressmaking and eating out.

My job starts on 27th August and, ideally, I would start renting somewhere around the beginning/middle of August, but possibly a little earlier to secure a good room.
