I hope you are well.

I am seeking better weather down South, I love the beach hence the relocation plans.

I am a tidy, considerate and honest person looking for likeminded housemates preferably.

I am looking for a place to feel at home, in a fairly clean and airy place. Not looking for a 'Party House' but I am happy with casual gatherings and socialising every now and then. I like a party but I also value my rest. I like to respect each others privacy too.
I consider myself open minded. I try to consume the most natural products, re-use and recycle. I am a curious person and enjoy reading and learning about science, food, music, most things really.

I have worked in retail for the last year but I used to be a Mental Health Support Worker in York for 3 years.

I am Ok sharing with smokers, but as long as you/they smoke away from near the windows and doors, basically keep the inside of the house smoke free, then that's ok.

I spend most of my free time out making the most of the sun, cycling or walking but I also enjoy staying in.
