51 year old Male seeks a single or double room

I am a male aged 51 looking for a single or double room. I am available to do works around the house .I have a budget of 500 - 600pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age . I am happy to do work around the house. I lived with my current landlord for six years .Unfortunately for me ,he is moving to the country in a smaller property .
