Looking for clean, quiet double room or studio

Hi I’m Fergus, a 50year old guy currently living in Broxburn. Due to my landlady and her long term partner finally deciding to live together, which is where I currently stay, I am now looking for somewhere else’s to live.

I’ve lived in my current place for a number of years now and can provide excellent references.

I’m a very chilled and easy to get on with. I make connections/friendships with people easily everywhere I go. I am also very respectful of other peoples space and privacy. I’m a happy positive person who tries to make the most of life. I work a lot on my physical and mental fitness.

I’m not someone who goes out partying or makes a lot of noise. I can be sociable but I also enjoy my own space to chill. I love the outdoors and spending time up north camping and climbing about the mountains…Glencoe being my favourite. When I’m not out at work I’ll be out and about doing something so I’ll never be under your feet in the house.
