Friendly, Respectable and Fun

Hey,

I'm Kris, a 38 year old working professional from Stirling. I'm currently selling my property and intend to buy something in the Ayr area.
There are so few houses on the market however, I thought renting would be the best way to go, at least until I see something I like.
I'm looking to move into a shared property in the meantime to minimise cost, preferably around the town centre area.
A friendly, sometimes sociable household would be preferable, but for the most part i like my own company and make for a very quiet lodger.
I'm a friendly, tidy, considerate housemate.
I enjoy hillwalking/travelling and I make a mean lasagne.

I really am very easy going, but I have to say, I do like a relatively tidy household, as in the sink is used for washing dishes, not for storing dirty ones. I have shared with many people in the past, renting my own spare rooms out over the years and I appreciate housemates who keep our shared space clean.

If you have something suitable please let me know, ideally it would have to be a large double room, as I will have a all my belongings with me.
