Sociable Sailor Ashore

Hi All,

I’m Andrew, 39 (but considerably younger in my mind), extremely sociable and always up for food, drinks, debates, chatting, loafing etc.

I'm a sailor who’s come ashore, started a new company and is looking for a place to call home (and work from home) until probably September or so – I’ll be emigrating later this year and that’s the most likely timeline. A monthly rolling contract would be ideal, but I'm happy to commit to a minimum of 3 months if needed.

I’m looking for a laid-back place with friendly, intelligent flat/housemates. Prefer a mix, but not too bothered and certainly couldn't care less about sexual or political persuasions, just no angry activist types.

I've put some target locations but am open to suggestions. The key criterion are what I've already listed and that the place just feels like a great place to be.
