Annex/ flat/ cottage sought

Camping on Skye

I’m a professional living in Totnes and working away two days a week in Bristol (where my own house is still).
There’s unfortunately been a death in the family of my landlady and she and her daughter want to move back into the house, … so I need to find alternative accommodation for a few months asap.

Happy to rent a large room, a whole flat or cottage. I do need space for my desk and proper office set up as I would be working from home two days a week …

In terms of house sharing, I've had lodgers in my own house for several years and have really enjoyed the company. I've been lucky with the people I'e had live with me, but I think that's also because I like to share my home and make people comfortable... I enjoy a chat over the odd craft beer or glass or wine.. and I make an excellent flat white (I'll bring my machine with me!). I like a mix of exploring with my campervan, finding great yoga classes, coffee shops and restaurants and chilling at home. I also sing in a choir in Buckfastleigh

I put a lot of effort into making my home nice, and I will show your the same respect ... and gladly get involved in any interior decoration, I'm a dab hand at painting!
I'm sustainably-minded and an avid recycler. I prefer to use eco-friendly products where possible. I won't be preaching at you however if this isn't your thing.

I will eventually be looking to buy my own house/ flat, but that will take a while to align with work etc.
