I'm finally moving to London!

I'm looking for a calm and lovely household to help me get comfy in big London. I'm moving to the city for a degree in Criminology, and will be working in a relevant field alongside my studies, so I'm a hybrid student-professional :) don't worry, my feral student days are over - living in Bristol and years of working in nighttime hospitality have taken their toll, I'm tired, I just want to sit in a garden tbh.
Having said that, I'm still very busy and maybe slightly chaotic about it - I love learning new things, exploring new places and so on. I'm out and about most days. But I also have a huge need for rest and nervous system regulation, so you'll definitely see me at home chilling.
I've lived communally for over 5 years now, with a variety of people, so I have a lot of understanding for personal quirks and oddities. I make sure to respect other people's way of living, what they need to feel comfortable and sane, etc. The majority of people I've lived with have been neurodivergent also, so I have experience in accommodating a range of spectral needs. Everybody is different, so really, all I expect is that we're all open about our needs and issues.

I myself am a tidy person (although I do tent to have a million arts and crafts projects on the go at any given moment - don't worry, I'll keep them contained!), one of those weird examples of someone who loves cleaning recreationally... I cook, I garden, I recycle, I fix and mend and all sorts. Basically, I like to think I'm a handy person to have around.

I'd love to fall into a housing situation where I can have a close connection to the person I'm living with, it's important to me to be able to have open and honest conversations. But I'm not needy or invasive either, so if you're a super private person then I can respect that no problem.

Essentially, I'm up for full disclosure and I believe honestly is the best policy when choosing flatmates. Happy to have a FaceTime call to talk over any details, might be nicer than these little messages...
