Healthcare worker in need for a room to rent

I’m a 26 year old trainee paramedic looking for a room to rent for about 6 months/ to a year but potentially shorter than that.
I’m not at home that often with long shifts and I also spend a few days a week at my boyfriend’s house. I tend to have early nights and would need the house to be quiet/ a considerate housemate for when I work night shifts. I also love to go out for coffee or a movie night in, a very chilled living environment. Ideally I’d like a the room to be a double over a single and for there to be easy-ish parking although that can be impossible in Brighton!
