A new room to call home & flatmate friends❤️

😊-I am currently looking for a long term room in a shared flat or house in London for when I start my new job in mid July. I am looking for accommodation starting mid July and towards the end of July.

📍- I am looking at South West as my new role is in Croydon. I have been looking at Wandsworth/Tooting/Battersea/Clapham however I would also be open to Fulham and Hammersmith.

💷- My budget is around £950-£1100 pm with bills.

🏠- I am looking to live within a sociable household where I can make good friends and where we all get together during the evenings but a place where everyone also does their own things going on. It would be great to do pub nights and also nights out on the weekends if everyone is free.

I have lived in shared houses for a number of years, including during my university years and when moving out for my previous job. I am a respectful housemate who understands everyone needs their own space. Getting stuck in with cleaning or cooking is something I am keen to do. I also enjoy baking every now and then for my family so this is something I would be keen to do for my housemates!

💜- Just a bit about me- I am 24 from Manchester. I have just got back from travelling for 4 months around SE Asia and Aus. I am a super sociable outgoing person and really enjoy others company, whilst also being an independent person who likes going off to the gym and doing her own thing. I am excited to move to London and explore all of the different boroughs, trying new food places and the best pubs and local spots!

👩‍💼- My new role is in Human Resources. On a 9-5.30 schedule. I would be looking at going into the office a lot as I am not a huge fan of working from home! If I was to wfh it would be no more than 1-2 days a week.
