Hi! We’re 2 adults and 1 child (11 months? looking for a home. We need to move ASAP but have had trouble in the private renting sector.
My husband works full time in the NHS and I work part time in retail. Looking for a private whole property for max 1500 and for a long term tenancy.
If it’s a flat it must have a private balcony for air circulation and laundry (as we have a young child) and if it’s a house it has to have a private garden.
We don’t mind unfurnished as long as it is clean, somewhat modern, comes with kitchen goods such as fridge, cooker and washing machine.
