Easy-going Aussie Settling Back in UK

G'day from Down Under! I'm a Brit by birth, lived in Australia most of my life. With life circumstances changed somewhat (working on a career change to photographer, and street poet among a few other occupations, won't bore you with the details now -- I'll bore you later(!); and separated from my wife are the main changes), and just because I'd like to, am planning to return to England to live. Initially, it'll be a trip for 2-3 months. Hence I'm seeking this shortish term rental. (Something clean and tidy, reasonably roomy, reasonably quiet. Private bedroom and shared living spaces. Friendly atmosphere...) Then back to Oz to handle the move proper -- ahh, the logistics of moving.

What to expect from me? I tend to fit in well with people (good conversationalist e. g.), but also like my privacy sometimes. Diverse interests. Sense of humour (love this in others too). Independent. Lastly, I speak a few languages: "Astrayun" and English English. And, I was born on the Isle of Wight, so I'm almost French.

I'm well referenced as a renter if you need. And financially secure.
