House share required

I am a 31 year old female looking for a like minded professional to share a house with. I work Monday - Fri and some weekends. I have a 13 year old dog who is a big part of my life, she is fully house trained and great with people and most dogs.
Unfortunately due to my current arrangments I am looking to move around August/September. I would ideally like the property to have sufficient space and not feel like a student shared set up arrangement where it could be very cramped and over crowded and cluttered.

A potential roommate would like to enjoy the company and social aspect of their new roommate but respect that life is busy and sometimes alone time is required. A potential roommate would be respectful of a shared house and that sharing a house with someone is a big life adjustment.
