Seeking room in a friendly and clean house or flat

Hi there! I'm looking for a decent-sized room in a friendly house or apartment. I'm a full-time civil servant at Gatwick Airport and tend to keep to myself, but I'm good socially and enjoy friendly interactions. I keep myself and my area clean and tidy, and I'm conscious about conserving electricity.
