I am an ex-IT professional, currently enjoying a sabbatical from IT work (I got fed up WFH all the time!) as a semi-retired, part-time Uber driver while I look for a new, more interesting job than what I was doing before.

I am currently renting a big house, which I have furnished, with a friend who is unfortunately unable to contribute fully to the rent and bills.

Consequently, I am looking for a large unfurnished double bedroom so I don't need to sell my super-king sized bed!

I can also provide a super-comfy L-shaped sofa, large (6-8 person) dining table and chairs and home cinema with up-to 150-inch projector and screen and full surround-sound system.

I enjoy cooking but don't do it as much as I should 😔 I'm really better at cooking for large numbers rather than just for myself! And I do enjoy entertaining friends and family at home.

I have a car so a guaranteed parking space at or close to the property is a must-have.

Another reason for my move is that I would like to have a dog but cannot where I live at the moment.
