Older student seeks modest flat

I'm Brandon, I just turned 30 and am returning to full time study in August. Ideally looking for a place near or with good connections to Springburn and the city centre. Although I'm available to move now, I prefer to move in as close to the start of August as possible to save on rent, but I can be flexible for the right place. Probably won't be moving in fully, so I'll be quite happy with a spartan accommodation if the price and location are good.

I am a queer autistic man and if you can't be normal about that then we're not going to be roommates. I'm reserved by nature and have lived quite a quiet life before now, but I'm very much looking to make new friends and have new experiences living in Glasgow. No previous experience renting or having roommates. Love dogs. Would feel more comfortable staying with other lgbt+ people.
